What is 1 credit?
1 credit equals 1 design slide at standard complexity (e.g. 1 Instagram feed, 1 deck slide, 1 single-size banner). For complex categories (logos, brand guidelines, packaging), our team confirms cost upfront before execution.
If I don't use my credits this month, do they expire?
Credits don't expire for 3 months. Avoid expiry by topping up before the deadline: balance grows and validity for the full balance extends another 3 months.
How long does 1 brief take?
Standard turnaround is 1–3 business days for social content & banners. For pitch decks or brand identity, typically 3–7 business days. Growth & Scale plans get priority queue (faster).
Are revisions included?
Revisions follow the agreed brief scope. If the request shifts far from the original brief, the team will confirm extra credits before continuing.
Can I request a specific designer?
On the Scale plan you get a dedicated PIC who acts as point person. Designers rotate by category & availability, but all are URAGA in-house team with the same SOPs.
Can I pause my subscription?
Subscriptions can't be paused. Credits stay valid for 3 months, and your next top-up adds to the balance and extends validity another 3 months.
How do I pay?
Currently bank transfer / e-wallet (BCA, Mandiri, GoPay, OVO, DANA) with proper invoicing. International clients can pay via wire transfer or Wise on request. Midtrans card / VA integration is in progress.
