Terms of Service

1. Service Description
Design Subscription by Uraga is a credit-based design subscription service operated by PT Senang Bikin Konten. Clients purchase credit points to exchange for various types of graphic and creative design work, including but not limited to social media content, presentations, branding, and marketing materials. Each design request has a different credit value depending on the level of complexity and type of work.
2. Credit System
Credit points can be purchased through our platform in various available packages. Each credit point is equivalent to IDR 50,000. Credits are valid for 3 (three) months from the date of purchase. Credit validity can be automatically extended when a client makes a top-up (additional credit purchase) before credits expire — all remaining credits will receive a new 3-month validity period from the date of the last top-up. Expired credits cannot be refunded or restored.
3. Client Obligations
Clients are responsible for providing clear and complete briefs for each design request, including brand assets (logo, fonts, color guidelines), visual references, and content information. Delays in providing required materials may affect turnaround time. Clients are also responsible for the accuracy of all information provided for design purposes.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment and delivery of final results, the client holds full ownership of all final design deliverables. PT Senang Bikin Konten reserves the right to showcase the work in the company portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing. Third-party assets (licensed fonts, stock photos) used in designs are subject to the licensing terms of their respective providers.
5. Service Level
Standard turnaround time is 1–3 business days per request, depending on design complexity. Each design request includes up to 2 (two) revisions at no additional cost. Revisions beyond this allowance will require additional credits. Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days after the deliverable is sent. Priority (rush) service is available at an additional credit cost.
6. Limitation of Liability
PT Senang Bikin Konten is committed to providing professional design services in accordance with industry standards. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client within the last 3 months.
7. Account Termination
Clients may terminate their subscription at any time. Remaining credits can still be used until their expiration date. PT Senang Bikin Konten reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms of service, including but not limited to platform abuse, copyright infringement, or harmful behavior.
8. Governing Law
These terms of service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this service shall first be resolved through amicable deliberation. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be settled through the Malang District Court.
