Refund Policy

1. Credit Refund Conditions
Refunds are available for unused credits within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of purchase. Refunds will be calculated based on the number of unused credits multiplied by the nominal value per credit (IDR 50,000). Third-party administration fees (payment gateway) may not be refundable.
2. Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds are not applicable for: credits that have been used for design requests (including those currently in progress), purchases that have exceeded 14 calendar days, credits obtained from vouchers or free promotions, and bonus credits given as part of loyalty or referral programs.
3. Revisions vs Refund
If you are not satisfied with the design results, we prioritize the revision process first. Each design request includes up to 2 revisions. If after maximum revisions the result still does not meet the provided brief, we will review the case individually and credit points may be returned for that request at our discretion.
4. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, contact us via WhatsApp at +62 821-3909-7937 or through the inbox feature on the platform. Please include the following information: account name, purchase date, number of credits requested for refund, and reason for the refund. Our team will respond within 1-2 business days.
5. Processing Time
Once a refund request is approved, the funds will be processed within 7–14 business days, depending on the original payment method. Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used at the time of purchase. For bank transfers, please ensure your account information is correct.
